Refund Policy

Short version: Full refund if cancelled before work begins. No refund on the 50% deposit once work has started. No refund on final payment after project handover.

We want you to be completely satisfied with our web design and development services. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are issued.

1. Before Work Begins

If you cancel your project before we have started any work, we will issue a full refund of your deposit within 7 business days.

2. After Work Begins

Once we have started working on your project (design phase or development), the 50% upfront deposit becomes non-refundable because we have already invested time and resources into your project.

3. Final Payment

The remaining 50% final payment is non-refundable once the project has been delivered and handed over to you.

4. Ongoing Maintenance Plans

Monthly maintenance subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with 30 days' notice. The current month's payment is non-refundable, but no further charges will be made.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

We fail to deliver the agreed scope of work
We abandon the project without communication
The delivered work is materially different from the agreed specification

6. What's NOT Refundable

Third-party costs (domain, hosting, premium plugins)
Time spent on revisions beyond the included rounds
Custom work already delivered and approved
Project delays caused by client inaction

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@sajidlatif.com with:

Your name and project name
Invoice number
Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 3 business days and process any approved refunds within 10 business days.

8. Payment Processor Fees

Any transaction fees charged by payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Payoneer) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund we issue.

9. Disputes

If you are unhappy with our services, please contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or dispute. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and professionally.
