Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sajidlatif.com and any services provided by Sajid Latif ("we", "us", "our").
1. Services
We provide WordPress and WooCommerce web design and development services, including but not limited to:
- Custom WordPress website design and development
- WooCommerce store setup and customization
- Website speed optimization
- On-page SEO setup
- Website maintenance and support
2. Project Scope & Quotes
Every project begins with a written scope of work and fixed-price quote. Any work outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee and timeline extension.
3. Payment Terms
- 50% upfront deposit — required before work begins
- 50% final payment — due upon project delivery, before final handover
- Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Google Pay, Payoneer, Wise, Bank Transfer
- Invoices in USD, GBP, or AED
4. Revisions
All packages include up to 2 rounds of revisions during the design and development phase. Additional revisions are billed at our hourly rate.
5. Client Responsibilities
To deliver on time, we require you to:
- Provide content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner
- Respond to design approval requests within 5 business days
- Provide access to necessary accounts (hosting, domain, etc.)
Delays caused by client inaction may extend the delivery timeline.
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content. We reserve the right to:
- Display the completed work in our portfolio
- Reference you as a client (unless you request otherwise)
- Retain pre-existing code, tools, and frameworks we used
7. Support & Maintenance
All packages include a support period (14–60 days depending on tier) covering bug fixes and minor adjustments. Ongoing maintenance is available as a separate monthly subscription.

See our Refund Policy for full details. In short: the 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Loss of revenue or profits due to website downtime
- Issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting, or payment processors
- Client modifications made after project handover
- Hacks or security breaches caused by client's own security negligence
10. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will never share your project details, business data, or credentials with third parties without your consent.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If you terminate mid-project, you are responsible for payment for work completed up to that point.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
